3. Our trucks are equipped with parts to complete the maximum number of repairs in the customer's home.
4. Items that for any reason cannot be done in the customer's home are picked up, repaired, and returned at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Estimates will be provided expeditiously on all items brought in by customers, generally within 24 hrs.
6. Inquire about our FREE estimates, service calls, pick-up and deliveries.
7. Our in-home service calls, pick-up and delivery are available for your convenience. Just call, and we will come to you any day between 8 am to 8 pm.
8. Most service calls are done the same day or within 24 hours when customers are available.
9. We repair, hook up, wire, mount, and install TV and audio-video equipment.
10. All warranty problems should be faxed, emailed, or phoned to our office within 7 days of equipment failure.
11. Any item damaged by fire, water, lightning, misuse, or acts of God are not covered.
